1. Book a call with us to discuss your project requirements.

2. We will create a Monday.com board for you and your team to easily manage your projects and collaborate with us.

3. Once we have identified all the requirements and made sure we got what we need to get started on your project, we will give you an estimate of how long we can complete your tasks or projects, and then we get to work on them immediately.

4. We will always keep you posted on our progress daily on your Monday.com board. You may monitor each of the task’s statuses if they are on the “To Do” list, “Working on it” list, “For Approval” list, and finally on the “Done” list.

5. Aside from Monday.com, we may also use Slack, Zoom, and Google meet for instant communication if necessary.

6. Once the task is ready, it will go through QA testing by our senior designers and/or senior developers to ensure the quality is up to our standards.

7. When the task is approved by our team, we’ll notify you that it’s now ready for your approval.

8. If there are any changes or revisions needed, then no problem! We will work on them until you are satisfied.

         It depends on your needs. If you only need our creative services like Graphic Design, Custom Illustrations, and Motion graphics then the Standard Plus($1,690) and the Standard($895) plans are perfect for you depending on how many hours of work you need daily. The Standard Plus and Standard plans are perfect for Content Creators and Influencers.

If you need to work with websites, then we have the Premium and the Ultimate subscription plans. They both include all the services from our Standard plans for free!

So now maybe you’re thinking what’s the difference between the Premium and the Ultimate plans? In simple terms, the Premium Plus($1,895) and the Premium($995) plans are better for you when all you need are marketing websites, company websites, landing pages,  and other types of beautifully designed websites with some great functionalities but not very complex ones. These include website builders like Wix, Webflow, Square Space, etc., and WordPress sites and page builders like Elementor, Divi, etc. The Premium plans are great for Digital Marketing and Website Agencies that need both our creatives and website services for their clients.

On the other hand, we have the Ultimate Plus($2,090) and the Ultimate($1,195) plans which also include all the other services from the Standard and Premium plans! These are the plans that you would want if you are building anything from beautiful websites to very complex web applications that need heavy customizations and coding. The Ultimate Plus and the Ultimate plans are perfect for Tech Startups, Website Agencies, and eCommerce business owners.

Whether you need design projects, video projects, or website projects, our team can do them all for you. You just need to decide which plan suits you best based on your daily hours required. The more hours allocated for you daily, the faster the turnaround time of your projects will be.

You may send us as many requests as you want and we’ll work on them 1 task at a time within your daily allocated hours.

          Sounds like your business is doing great! You may upgrade your subscription for the remaining days of the month to ensure we finish your projects on time and you only pay for the prorated amount.

         It depends. If the request is simple enough to finish, you get it back on the same day. For more complex projects or requests, we will give you an estimated turnaround time.

        Also, if your request was sent in the afternoon and it will take to finish later than 5 pm, we will be able to send it back to you the next day.

         One designer or developer will be working on your project at a time. But anyone on our team can be assigned to your projects depending on the type of requests and who is best suited for the task. So this means, you are getting exclusive access to our entire team with just one simple subscription.
