1. Book a call with us to discuss your project requirements.
2. Once you've signed up for a subscription, we will create a Monday.com board for you and your team to easily manage your projects and collaborate with us.
3. Once we have identified all the requirements and made sure we have what we need to get started on your project, we will give you an estimate of how long we can complete your tasks or projects, and then we get to work on them immediately.
4. We will always keep you posted on our progress daily on your Monday.com board. You may monitor each of the tasks’ statuses if they are on the “To Do” list, “Working on it” list, “For Approval” list, and finally on the “Done” list.
5. Aside from Monday.com, we may also use Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet for instant communication if necessary.
6. Once the task is ready, it will undergo QA testing by our QA specialists to ensure the quality is up to our standards.
7. When the task is approved by our team, we’ll notify you that it’s now ready for your approval.
8. If there are any changes or revisions needed, then no problem! We will work on them until you are satisfied.
   

It depends on your needs. If you need our design services like Graphic Design, Custom Illustrations, Presentation Design, and Motion Graphics then the CV Design Plan is perfect for you.

We also have the CV Website Plan, this plan is perfect for you if you work with websites like WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and eCommerce sites like WooCommerce and Shopify.

If your business needs both of our Design & Website services in one subscription, then we have the CV Fusion plan for a discounted price.

Whether you need Design projects or Website projects, our team can do them all for you. You just need to pick the plan that suits you best based on your needs. The more subscription plans you get the more hours are allocated for you daily, and the faster the turnaround time of your projects will be.

You may send us as many requests as you want and we’ll work on them 1 task at a time for the Basic Plan and Standard Plan variations, and 2 tasks at a time for the Premium Plan variation, within your daily allocated hours.

You may upgrade your subscription for the remaining days of the month to ensure we finish your projects on time and you only pay for the prorated amount.

We are located in the Philippines. And we work from Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Philippine Standard Time.

MDT: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
PDT: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

It depends. If the request is simple enough to finish, you get it back on the same day. For more complex projects or requests, we will give you an estimated turnaround time.

Also, if your request was sent in the afternoon and it will take to finish later than 5 p.m., we will be able to send it back to you the next day.
